Inquiry Lane, LLC’s mission to create resources that help teachers and parents help children.  Our team strives to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Books must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made books.

  • Digital downloads or e-books.

• How to Return:

  • Contact our customer service at inquirylane@gmail.com  to initiate a return.

  • Provide your order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the book(s) to us.

• Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).

• Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

• Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are not available at this time. 

• Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at inquirylane@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Shipping Policy for Inquiry Lane, LLC

At Inquiry Lane, LLC we strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping options, and other important information.

Order Processing Time

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Another email will be sent once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates 

Standard Shipping:

• Cost: $5.00

• Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping:

  • Cost: $14.99

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

We use USPS Media Mail and Priority Shipping for all of our shipping needs. For international orders we use USPS First Class Package International service or Priority Mail International. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

• P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Box addresses using USPS.

• APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to APO/FPO addresses using USPS.

International Shipping

• Availability: We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, China,  France, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, United Kingdom. 

• If your country is not listed, please reach out to inquirylane@gmail.com to discuss shipping options.

• Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to the checkout page for specific details.

Order Tracking

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order on the carrier's website.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

• Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

• Order Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages and Lost Packages

• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at inquirylane@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us inquirylane@gmail.com 

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
